Platform / Website: Refers to GigsJump.com.
User: Any person who registers on GigsJump as a Worker or Employer (Advertiser).
Worker: A registered user who completes small online tasks for payment.
Employer (Advertiser): A user who posts paid tasks (gigs) for others to complete.
Account: A personal account created by a user on GigsJump.
By creating an account or using GigsJump, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
GigsJump reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Users must provide accurate information when registering.
Multiple accounts from the same person or device are strictly prohibited.
Any form of fraudulent, misleading, or automated activity will result in account suspension or permanent ban.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including posting fake jobs, spamming, or violating any applicable law.
All posted tasks must comply with GigsJump guidelines.
No task should involve illegal activity, adult content, or harmful actions.
Employers must ensure the job instructions are clear, fair, and verifiable.
Payments for completed tasks are final and cannot be reversed once approved.
Workers must follow all job instructions carefully before submitting proof.
Fake, incomplete, or misleading submissions may result in account termination.
One user may complete a task only once (unless otherwise stated).
Workers must not use VPNs, proxies, or bots to manipulate results.
Workers earn money for completing approved tasks.
Minimum withdrawal amount and payment methods are listed on the Payment Page.
GigsJump may charge a small processing fee on withdrawals.
Withdrawals are processed within the standard timeframe mentioned on the platform.
Suspicious or fraudulent accounts will not receive payments.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates our Terms, including but not limited to fraud, fake submissions, or misuse of the platform.
Advertisers may request refunds for uncompleted or rejected jobs.
Once a campaign has been completed and verified, no refunds will be issued.
Refund requests are handled through our support system only.
GigsJump is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues resulting from user activities or third-party actions.
The platform is provided “as is,” and we make no guarantees about earnings or availability.
All content, branding, and system design on GigsJump are owned by the platform.
Users may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Your personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy. By using GigsJump, you consent to the collection and use of data as described there.
